Booking & Payments

Select your desired package, complete the intake form, and pay the required retainer to secure your date.

No. All retainers are non-refundable but may be transferable according to our rescheduling policy.

The remaining balance is due on or before your scheduled session date.

Yes. Please notify us at least 48 hours before your session. If appointment is needs rescheduling within the 48 gap window then you’ll be subject to a $20 rescheduling fee.

Sessions begin at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may reduce shooting time or require rescheduling.

Outdoor sessions may be rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions.

Wear clothing that matches your vision, fits comfortably, and coordinates with anyone participating in the session.

Yes, depending on the package you selected and the timeframe provided.

Absolutely! We encourage personal props that make your session unique.

We are able to use any item we have in our inventory for your session. Just make sure to discuss that at your consultation or bring it up to the photographer via text through our business phone number in our contact section at the top of the page.
After Your Session

Your edited Images will be delivered within the turnaround time listed in our policy. Which can be up to 14 business days excluding Monday through Wednesday. If we finish your images ahead of time then we will send them out as early as possible.

Yes. Additional images are available for purchase once you complete your session. Each additional image is $25 which will include the image itself and the editing for that image.

No. Memory Photography only delivers professionally edited final images.

No. Memory photography does not offer RAW images to be purchased. Every Image sent out will be professionally edited,
Guests & Studio Rules
Can I bring extra guests?
Only individuals participating in the session unless previously approved.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, with advance notice.
Can children attend?
Yes, if they are participating in the session.
Studio Policies

A signed agreement and required retainer are necessary to reserve your appointment.

Final payment is due before or on the day of your session.

Editing Policy
Every delivered image receives professional editing in Memory Photography’s signature style. RAW images are never provided.
Turnaround Times
Turnaround varies by package. Wedding and event galleries generally require more editing time than portrait sessions.
Copyright
Memory Photography retains copyright to all images. Clients receive personal-use rights unless otherwise stated in writing.
Print Quality
We recommend ordering prints through Memory Photography to ensure professional color accuracy and quality.
Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for arriving on time, bringing agreed-upon outfits and props, and notifying the studio of any special accommodations in advance.
